Emails sent from MediaSilo come from **info [at] mediasilo [dot] com** unless an account has a Custom Email Server setup.
If you are not receiving MediaSilo emails:
1) Be sure to check all folders within your Mailbox, including your Spam folder
2) Confirm the email address associated with your MediaSilo account is spelled correctly and that you are checking the correct email address
3) Reach out to the Account Administrator to make sure they do not have a Custom Email Server setup that is preventing emails from being sent out.
If you have checked all of the above, please contact support so that we can help you determine whether or not you need to contact your IT department about changes to your Email Client settings.
Emails arriving from email@example.com have a dedicated IP address 220.127.116.11 which should be whitelisted along with the “mandrillapp” domain.
