All assets must belong to a Project.
The homescreen of your Mediasilo account reveals all of your existing Projects and provides you with the ability to create new projects if you are an Administrator or a Project Manager.
Favorited Project have the heart icon.
QuickSite Projects have the link icon.
Watermarked Projects have the lock icon.
Each Project will have a Thumbnail that will show its Name, Description, Number of Users, Number of Files, and Size.
Within a Project, right click or select the gear icon in the Project Tree View on the left side, and select New Folder. Any user who has access to the project will have equal access to all Subfolders within it.
NOTE: Users will need "Upload" and "Edit" permissions to Add subfolders to Projects, but cannot Upload into subfolders until they also have "View" permissions.
Once a subfolder no longer contains any files, right click or select the gear icon of the subfolders in the Project Tree View on the left side, and select Delete.
Users must be assigned roles to specific projects in order to have access to it’s contents. Additionally, users cannot see projects that they don't belong to and any user who has access to the project will have equal access to all Subfolders within it.
To see which users can access a project, select the Users Icon on the right panel of your home screen.
