MediaSilo Go logs you in by sending a login link to the email address associated with your account. If you use the Outlook mobile app to receive emails, then you might see the following error message when you open your MediaSilo login link.

You can resolve this issue with the following steps:

1) First, tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the Outlook app.

2) Then, tap the gear icon at the bottom to view your Settings.

3) Scroll down to the Preferences section, and turn on Use Default Browser.

Now, tapping a MediaSilo login link will log you in and redirect you to MediaSilo Go.
